When you call we will ask for some basic information, including your name, phone number, address and zip code, the type and number of documents to be notarized, the number of signers, and if one or more witnesses will be required. We will then set up an appointment time. Please inform witnesses of the appointment time and place.

Travel charges to and from your location are $0.30/mile.
If you require notarized copies, we can use your printer if you have one, or we can bring our printer/copier for a $5 charge.
You will be asked to sign a Notary Journal and provide a thumbprint (non-staining) in the journal. The thumbprint is not mandatory and refusal to do so will not prevent you from having your notary work accomplished, but this proof protects both you and the Notary in case of lost documents, fraud or if the journal is required for court cases.
