Fees

Acknowledgments:  $5.00 for each signature

 

Jurats (A signature made under oath or affirmation.):  $5.00 for each signature

 

Oaths and Affirmations:  $5.00

 

Certified Copies: $5.00 for one to 10 pages, plus $0.50 for each additional page.

If a printer is not locally available, there will be a $5 charge for the use of our portable printer/copier.

 

Travel Fees: $0.30 per mile.

(The travel fee is not mandated by law, is arranged beforehand, and is a private arrangement separate from the authorized notarial fees.)

 

We accept cash, personal checks, major credit cards, or a money order in payment of fees.

Service fees are subject to sales tax.
